HData Announces Board of Directors Appointments

Former Government Executive and Industry Veterans Tapped to Lead Acceleration of HData’s RegTech Business

JOLIET, Illinois — HData announced today the appointment of three new members to the company’s board of directors. Joining the board are Chris Danusiar, Christina Ho, and Noraan Sadik.

“Our incoming directors bring decades of leadership in key areas, such as public policy, business strategy, and technology development, that are vital to delivering and scaling our partners’ solutions and connecting them into one comprehensive RegTech platform,” said Hudson Hollister, HData Board Chair.

Chris Danusiar served as Deputy Global Chief Technology Officer at Ernst & Young, where he led the adoption of a single global management platform for all audit engagements, across 140+ countries. He has led and advised multiple RegTech startups and lectures at Oxford University on organizational change and digital transformation.

Christina Ho served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Transparency at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and was responsible for leading the implementation of the DATA Act of 2014. Her efforts to transform governmentwide spending information from disconnected documents into open data greatly improved transparency and accountability. Currently, Ho serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at the University of Maryland.

“I am excited to join HData’s Board of Directors. One of the most strategic accomplishments of the DATA Act implementation that I led at the U.S. Treasury was the release of the first unified data standards, which integrated multiple intersecting business processes. Data standardization enables innovative industry software solutions to improve compliance and reporting as well as analytics capabilities,” stated Ho. “Now as a regulated entity, I know firsthand the burden of compliance and operational inefficiency. I look forward to working with HData in making the unified RegTech platform a reality.”

Noraan Sadik is an experienced business development leader and a former director at Axiom, the global leading alternative legal services provider, where she built a best-in-class account management team and personally led complex regulatory compliance engagements at the world's largest financial institutions. Prior to Axiom, Noraan helped found two successful startups and was a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins.
