Currently a Partner at Guidehouse, Inc. in their Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure practice, Ed is a leading figure in helping utilities and large organizations maximize value through strategic investment and operational transformation in complex regulatory environments. With over 25 years of experience, including roles as a former Public Service Commissioner, as well as a member of NARUC's Critical Infrastructure and Gas Committees, Ed’s extensive background spans energy policy development, utility infrastructure, and large-scale organizational management.
